People factors are really the hard factors, impacting profits & business value. Especially if you want to transfer/sell it, soft factors are critical.

• Dealing with conflict in the family and the business: Unresolved conflicts cost time, energy and money.
• Quality of internal and external communication: Lack of communication has financial and social costs: Assumptions, silo mentality and lost opportunities.
