I am what i think I am
What do you think you are is what you are. Sounds simple and complicated together right ?
When I was a kid and I thought I was a kid I remained a kid till I thought I was grown up. my age didn’t decide my being.
As i grew up to become a professional, my existence and recognition grew with the way I started thinking.
Now thinking is simple and complicated because it is one of the things we can control the moment we are aware that it is going out of control.
Think about it, you are travelling and you get lost in your thoughts which means you drift away at a distance. Then you bring yourself back to your senses or literally pull yourself out of your thoughts and think in the present. This means thinking complicated and simple. It is controllable when it goes out of control.
Let us focus on the fact that thinking can be controlled.
So how do we do that.
1. Exercise thinking : Take out 5 minutes of your day and choose something you want to focus on. May be your goal or target or task that you want to achieve. Just sit in a comfortable position and think about it. Like literally in a pose of thinking. Make you whole body to focus on your goal like as if you are sitting or lying a thinking pose. No actions or behaviours but just think.
2. Write what you are thinking : This is another method you can use to write down in dairy what ever you want to focus on. You can write what you did, what your are doing and what you want to do. This is make you think precisely about the thoughts in your mind. it also helps you to focus on the positive and get clarity in case its missing.
3. Think loud : You can even speak what you are thinking. This can help you think right and eliminate that which you think is wrong in your belief. When you listen to your own voice of thinking, you will get conscious about how your thoughts are.
So Pose, Write and Speak. Try these activities and control your thinking which eventually will help you achieve your goals.
