The brilliancy of the human diamond

There is no end in the development of leadership skills. There is no 95% and brilliance can increase without upper limit.
If you to Antwerp or Amsterdam you find excellent quality diamonds which are cut and polished in ways to get to the most demanding customers. The perfection quality is from 95 to 100 %. What can be done better than that. Probably nothing.
Different it is with the human character. It is an diamond which you can refine endlessly. You are a praised person, friend, family man or wife, great leader of your organisation and what you can possible do better as everything is on the top of its possibilities. There is no end in refining the human diamond. We are one global organisation and there it’s a lot to do to eliminate suffering of all beings. The question arises is that really the responsibility of today’s corporations?
If we say no then where end our responsibility as corporate or governmental leadership. Is it simple fulfilling the economic needs of our shareholders or can we grow beyond that?
Do we want to make a show off of our social responsibility or is there any profit in making a real difference?
A corporation has the economic power and authority to make impactful social developments.
Can we get rid of the stigma that a corporation is only an economic machine to fulfil shareholders needs?
Truly going in to a way to transcend economic profit needs enlightened leadership skills as the balance is sharp edged and is a careful and dare full way to go.
