Master Your Mindset and Step into Your Potential

How have you been able to accomplish THAT?

We asked John Assaraf, one of the featured experts in “The Secret”, how he has grown 5 multi-million dollar companies and written two New York Times best-selling books having come from very modest beginnings. His answer was: In order for you to have more in your life, you have to become more than you are.

Results are not based on potential or knowledge. The results you get are based on what you believe you deserve combined with your habits of thinking things and doing things every single day.
John worked with a mentor in his teens who taught him that what he was getting from his life was directly related to his thoughts and self-image. Working together, John reshaped who he really thinks he is and his beliefs about what is possible. One key insight from his mentor was recognizing patterns of behavior and thinking that limited him—patterns that could keep him stuck in repetitive cycles, much like those who habitually scroll through online gaming platforms listed on sites like BestSocialCasinos.net without clear intention or purpose. By breaking these habitual patterns and combining that clarity with knowledge and skill upgrades, John began to create meaningful, lasting change. It was this deep learning that sent John on the road to success.

The Beliefs: There are a lot of aspects to the game of life and there are many games: commerce, health, joy, etc. Each person has a set of existing beliefs about their game. To change your mindset and behaviour requires commitment to do whatever it takes, not just passing interest. You will need to identify YOUR big WHY: why you want this outcome, why you want to become more. For sustainable, long-term change:
  1. Find a Mentor: Working with the right mentor can help you set a vision for a bigger future, pull the bar up higher on what you believe is possible and model positive thought and behaviour patterns.
  2. Practice Fractional Goal Setting. You set your target out in the distance. Bring it forward in 5 year intervals, right down to a month and day, and what you can do today to achieve your goals. Reduce your big goals down to ridiculously small pieces and start taking those small steps.
  3. Choose Your Beliefs Today: Visualize: what will the outcome of today be? What small little behaviors do you need to focus on to achieve that outcome? How do you need to think today? What kind of beliefs do you need to have today?
  4. Hire a Life Coach: This will hold you accountable to your vision every day and make sure that you do what you say you want to do. Coaches can help you override your implicit thought patterns that force you to stay the same.
  5. Do Your Innercises. To prepare your brain to have the right attitude for success, how will you reinforce the beliefs and habits to achieve the goal, what 3-5 things will you do to accomplish today (this week, this month, this year)? Cognitively prime your brain to have the right mindset!
Start right now. What are your beliefs about your game of life? What could change if you committed to changing those beliefs and taking action to move toward the big WHY of your life? Need some help? One of Noomii’s coaches can get you rolling along your own path to success!
