Noomii is an Accountability Now company. We build the platform that helps people find a real coach and helps coaches run a trusted practice. Our team works remotely. There is no in-office location requirement.

• The product has to earn trust: matching, profiles, messaging, billing, and the tools coaches use every day.

Roles we hire for when we need them

When a software role opens, it is usually a Ruby on Rails developer who can maintain and improve this application. Typical work includes:

• Shipping product changes for clients, coaches, and our internal team
• Improving matching, search, messaging, and account flows
• Writing tests and keeping the Rails, JavaScript, and MySQL stack reliable
• Working with product and support so the result is easy to use, not just technically complete
