Fifteen years ago, I experienced severe emotional stress that drained my energy and led me into inner chaos. In my search for healing, I turned to the Bhagavad Gita. As I began reading, I discovered a path to discipline my mind and cultivate steady wisdom. Through months of practice and self-reflection, I learned to bring my mind under control — transforming chaos into calm, and responding to people and situations with greater clarity and composure.

This inner transformation opened the path for me to become a coach, author, and guide — helping women become unshakeable from within, reclaim their inner strength, restore their identity, and lead peaceful, balanced lives.
