About Me

As a Christian Life Coach specializing in Biblical mindset and emotional resilience, I help Christian women overcome emotional exhaustion and negative thought patterns by renewing their minds through Biblical truth and practical coaching tools. My coaching blends practical mindset tools from Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC) with the timeless truths of Scripture, offering a path that supports emotional healing and spiritual alignment.

Rather than focusing on “fixing” emotions, I help clients develop the ability to notice, name, and navigate difficult thoughts and feelings without being controlled by them. Each session is rooted in Scripture and guided by faith-based values coaching, ensuring your action steps reflect spiritual growth and alignment, not fear or overwhelm.

I hold a B.A. in Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University, completed coach-specific training through Light University (AACC-accredited), and earned my Health Coach Certification from Trinity School of Natural Health. This background allows me to approach each client holistically, addressing spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness with discernment and care.
