My passion for change management & innovation, business strategy, business analysis, excellence in customer service, and project management have been finally placed together in a position that offers me the opportunity to share with you the best of my skills and training.

I have over 15 years of experience in management and strategic positions which have given me the prospect to lead technology, philosophy and ownership changes in industries like: Telecom, Hospitality, Education, Services and now, not-for-profits as well. My cross-functional leadership based on values, example and can-do-attitude has been the key to achieve challenging goals under tight deadlines and budgets with heterogeneous teams, along with the essential component of high-quality deliverables.

I am a quality fan; people and companies can save a lot of money and reach high profits if they optimize their resources; it does not mean they should do large investments. Sometimes a little bit of business analysis and re-structure is all they need and, I feel confident that I can do this for you and your business.

A recent Certificate in Business Strategy, obtained through Cornell University, updated and enhanced my knowledge about: competitive advantage and profitability; strategic positioning in markets; mergers and acquisitions; managing supply chain threats and opportunities, as well as strategic and tactical pricing.
