I am a health and life coach that empowers female business professionals to transform, heal and evolve into better versions of themselves using creative, intuitive and integrated coaching methodology. Leveraging over 25 years' experience in corporate business and management including the technology sector, I bring a unique approach to coaching by combining strategic goal setting, personalized wellness plans, and proven stress-reduction techniques.
