    About Me

You don’t have to try harder.
You need support that fits a solo ADHD life.

I work with adults who have ADHD—especially those who are single—and feel scattered, overwhelmed, or burned out from carrying everything alone. When you’re solo, there’s no built-in second brain. No one double-checks the calendar, catches what slips, or shares the cognitive load. ADHD hits differently when all of life management falls on one person.

I was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at age 61.
By then, I had already built years of workarounds without realizing why I needed them. Seeing my life through an ADHD lens was clarifying—and it reshaped my coaching work.

Very few coaches speak directly to adults who are both ADHD and single. My focus is helping clients understand how their brains work, reduce overwhelm, and build external structures that make life feel steadier and more intentional.

Before coaching, I spent my career as an educator—starting with piano lessons in high school and later teaching music in public schools. Teaching has always been about making complexity usable, and that skill sits at the center of my coaching practice.

I also host the podcast A Solo Person’s Guide to ADHD, available on all major platforms and YouTube.

    You don’t need more discipline.
You need clarity, scaffolding, and support.
    We can build that together.

Christine helped me greatly as I looked to shift my career. Her coaching inspired substantive reflection on what new paths are possible, realistic, and in line with my values, and she provided concrete action items. Having Christine look over my resume and cover letters was also incredibly helpful. Very recommended to anyone looking for life and career coaching, especially for educators.

It has been great working with Christine! I'm a teacher who wants to transition, and Christine has helped me rework my materials, become more focused, and begin talking measurable steps towards the next part of my life! I have had interviews and follow ups while working with her! I'm excited to continue coaching. Highly recommend!
