About Me

I work with experienced professionals who are used to solving complex problems, making decisions and carrying responsibility — yet sometimes find their own life or career surprisingly difficult to figure out.

Often, nothing is obviously wrong. You may have built a successful career and a good life, but something has started to shift. Perhaps you are questioning your direction, considering a change, or simply wondering whether what has worked for you for many years still fits who you are now.

My coaching is not about giving advice or finding the quickest solution. I am interested in what sits underneath the question you bring.

Together, we look at what may be difficult to see from inside your own situation: the beliefs and patterns shaping your choices, roles you have become very good at playing, expectations you carry and wishes you may dismiss.

Sometimes we work through conversation; sometimes through emotions, bodily awareness, imagery or parts work. Instead of trying to overcome hesitation, resistance or conflicting inner responses, we become curious about them.

I bring more than 25 years of experience working in complex international professional environments, alongside 400+ hours of coaching practice. I am an ICF ACC coach trained with Erickson Coaching International, with additional training in life transitions, the neuroscience of change, trauma-informed coaching and transformational approaches.

Clients often appreciate my ability to combine depth with structure. I will give you space to explore, but I will also notice patterns, reflect what I hear and ask questions that may help you see your situation differently.

You don't need to come to coaching knowing exactly what you want.

Sometimes that is precisely the work: understanding yourself well enough to recognise what is genuinely yours — and what you want to do about it.
