About Me

I have lived in Colorado for 28 years. At times an avid fly-fisherman, cyclist, climber, and skier/snowboarder, I find my grounding in nature. I also practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu and currently hold a purple belt. I live part time in Baja California Sur, Mexico where I surf, relax, and play with my friends.I have a 5 year old son named Odin. He was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in early 2022.

As a coach, I am direct and focused on you. Clients that are ready for change recognize that a good coach, a good teammate, is someone that holds them accountable and also creates a safe space. We don’t bottle up emotions, grin and bear it, or man up; we do the hard work.

I teach my clients to examine their beliefs about themselves and determine how to embrace or change them to get the best results. To move forward into the next chapter of your life with confidence means getting rid of any of the bullshit that no longer serves you.

As a coach, I am not a fixer or an architect, I am not here to commiserate or buy into false narratives. I am here to show you how powerful your mind is, to hold space for you to reach full potency as a thinking, feeling human being. I leverage my own experiences and expertise to help you get the job done.

My motto? If it scares you, go towards it.
