About Me
I work exclusively with business owners and executive leaders who are ready to grow—both their business and themselves.
I started, grew, and sold a multi-million-dollar company, so I understand firsthand what it takes to navigate the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Since selling my business, I’ve spent over a decade coaching small business owners through the mechanical and mindset shifts needed to lead successfully, grow sustainably, and build a life they actually enjoy.

After working for a Fortune 100 company, I launched a consulting business from my home office in 1997. That evolved into Ennovate Corporation—a design-build construction firm I grew to over $10M/year in revenue before selling to Ameresco, Inc.
Today, I use my experience to help owners like you go from confusion to clarity, from worker to leader, and from stress to strategy. It’s not easy—but it doesn’t have to be as hard as you’re making it.
