About Me

As an Executive Function & Life Coach, Advocate, and Certified School Psychologist, I've always wanted to be part of the solution that enables a young woman to bring their best self forward. I've supported individuals of all ages by acknowledging their strengths and helping reignite personal empowerment in their home, school, and work settings. My specialty is helping clients with goal setting, organization, time management, test preparation/study skills, and implementing effective habits. I have completed psychological evaluations, developed IEP's and conducted Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). In addition, I have experience with social skills training and counseling in individual and group settings with a focus on self-advocacy, daily living skills, and coping strategies to self-regulate emotions and behavior. We become unstoppable when we feel supported and are encouraged to develop in our own way. I've witnessed the power of creating a personalized toolbox that enables their potential to shine. Together, we will practice holistic executive functioning skills that focus on organizing and creating flow within their school life and cultivating their relationship with their personal strengths, values, and passions.
