Jennifer Graesser is a strategic leadership partner and business coach, passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow, adapt, and thrive. As the founder of Mind Align Concepts, she specializes in business and leadership development, guiding clients through career transitions, organizational change, and leadership advancement.
Jennifer’s approach blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. She has designed and delivered transformative turnarounds, long-term business plans, financial models, change management strategies, and leadership training programs that have driven measurable results in organizational development, risk management, and project administration.

Her career began at Sodexo USA, where she spent over 26 years advancing operations, training staff, and guiding leaders to achieve ambitious goals. She later served as Director of Finance for E.W. Scripps Company, overseeing leadership, strategic planning, and change management for WKBW-TV in Buffalo and WMAR in Baltimore.
Jennifer is recognized for her ability to analyze client needs, develop impactful strategies, and empower individuals to realize their full potential. She has facilitated a wide range of training programs designed to encourage, support, and inspire growth.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Jennifer holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Medaille College. She is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), a Certified Career Coach (CCC), and is pursuing her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. She is also on track to earn her Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
