About Me

I’m Jennifer L. Graesser, ICF-ACC, CPCC, CCC, and the founder of Mind Align Concepts. I’m a career and leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations, leadership, organizational change, and business transformation—and I bring that real-world perspective directly into my coaching.
I work with professionals who are navigating career uncertainty: people who have lost a job, are struggling to find their next opportunity, are considering a career pivot, feel stuck, or are simply asking themselves, “What’s next?” When you’re under pressure to figure it out—and figure it out quickly—you need more than generic career advice. You need someone who understands the realities of today’s hiring market and can help you make sense of your options.
My coaching style is practical, direct, honest, and supportive. I help clients identify what they really want, recognize the strengths and experience they may be overlooking, clarify their direction, and turn uncertainty into an actionable plan. Whether that means repositioning your experience, changing career paths, preparing for interviews, strengthening your professional story, or figuring out what comes next, we’ll focus on progress—not perfection.
My career spans more than three decades, including 26+ years with Sodexo USA and leadership roles with E.W. Scripps Company and other organizations. I’ve led teams, managed complex operations and finances, navigated organizational change, built strategic plans, and coached people through professional challenges. I understand both sides of the table: what it feels like to be the person looking for an opportunity and what organizations are looking for when they hire.
I’ve coached more than 100 individuals and bring professional coaching training, business expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people move forward.
