About Me

With a passion for leadership and seeing others grow, I am proud of my role as a business coach for Mind Align Concepts, a professional coaching company that specializes in business and leadership development. I lead by example and take my role very seriously, as my goal is to help others grow and transition as they move into new roles. I have formulated and delivered game-changing turnarounds, long-term business plans, financial models, change management strategies, and leadership training programs that have significantly impacted organizational development and leadership, risk management, and project administration.

I got my professional start working at Sodexo USA, where I was able to leverage my skillsets in growing operations, training staff, and guiding organizational leadership. I worked at Sodexo for over 26 years, and collaborated with staff to ensure seamless operations and reach goals.
I later moved on to E.W. Scripps Company, where I was the director of finance for two media locations, WKBW-TV in Buffalo and WMAR in Baltimore. I oversaw organizational leadership, change management, strategic planning, and training and development.

Analyzing my clients’ needs is just the starting point for me. Developing people and helping people through their challenges is what I enjoy best. I have developed and facilitated various training and topics to organizations in order to encourage, support, and empower personnel to discover and hone their full potential and capabilities.

A native of Buffalo, New York, I received my master’s degree in organizational leadership and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College. I am a Certified Professional Coach and am also working on my credential as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am attending Liberty University for Strategic Leadership to pursue my doctorate.
