About Me

I'm a trauma-informed empowerment coach who helps women reconnect with themselves after burnout, people-pleasing, or life transitions like divorce, empty nest, career shifts or perimenopause. My coaching isn’t just mindset work, it’s rooted in nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and deep self-trust to rediscover the new you.
I believe healing and growth happen when we feel safe in our own bodies. That’s why I combine science-backed practices with a compassionate, whole-person approach to help clients break old patterns, rebuild their confidence, and live in alignment with who they truly are.
My path to coaching began with my own journey of unraveling stress, hormonal imbalances, and years of putting everyone else first. I’m a Professionally Certified Life Coach, and I continue to deepen my education in somatic healing, nervous system work, NLP and feminine embodiment.
My clients often say they finally feel seen, supported, and safe to be honest about what they really want and need. Whether we’re working on boundaries, self-worth, or nervous system regulation, I’m here to walk beside you, not to fix you, but to help you remember your power.
