    As a new Executive Director, I felt overwhelmed by the demands of my role. Lacking previous leadership experience, I struggled to manage relationships with both clients and board members, and I found it difficult to strategize effectively across so many areas. The transition from my previous position was challenging, and I often felt like I was spread too thin. Coaching with Jill was transformative.     After each session with Jill, I felt much clearer about what I needed to do. Talking things out with her helped me organize my thoughts and figure out what was truly important. Jill's way of listening and giving feedback helped me let go of some worries and focus on real solutions.
