About Me
"They tried to bury us; they didn't know we were seeds."
By the age of 12, I had lived on several continents before my final journey to the United States many years ago.
Are you feeling stuck, scared, lost, paralyzed with analysis or just not yourself? If so, you’ve come home. Here, we will address your wants, your needs and how to get you from step A to goal Z. Decisions can be dressed in business, personal life, health, but decisions are decisions. It takes the right combination of critical thinking skills, emotional regulation, long term motivation and the effort in staying determined to move out of your current state of being. I am here to hold your hand and help you in whatever capacity you need me. I will hold you accountable, I will be direct and honest with you, you deserve it. We grow from discomfort and challenges. We grow from paralyzing situations. We grow from the stuck.
I have an Master’s Degree in Operational Organizational Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science (Therapy and Counseling for Families, Groups and Career.) Both backgrounds allow me to expand my lenses to see any situation from both a practical and complex view. My approach is empowering, direct and nurturing. The most important relationship of your life is the one you have with yourself. All our relationships (business and personal) start with how we see ourselves. I provide a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their needs and get their wants met.

Karina is a godsend. At the darkest time of my life, I was seeking counseling and a friend recommended her to me. The validation, the honesty, the openness with her is priceless. She has knowledge of so many different areas- grief, trauma, addiction- even some law hints here and there. She is truly an amazing person to have on your side. I learned coping tools; I found my confidence and self-worth again. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with her.
