Hi, I’m Katya!

While navigating a senior-level corporate career as a Technical Program Manager, I was also navigating the beautiful, often chaotic reality of being a mom of two kids. Becoming a mom has fundamentally shifted my perspective, teaching me how to intentionally balance high-level ambition with personal presence.

I have now pivoted from the corporate world to follow my passion for coaching. As an ICF Coach, I combine my "program management" mindset with deep empathy to help you build a life that feels aligned and intentional.
