About Me

I am originally from London England and trained as a NLP Practitioner Coach in 2004 and as a Therapist in Brief Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 2008. My interest in personal development, health and well being, non-duality and living consciously have merged to the point where I am most interested in helping clients who have a similar interest or calling. Having spent a year living at a Ashram and attended about 15 intensive retreats as part of a spiritual project I was part of for 3 years I have a ground in spiritual growth and evolution.

However it´s not essential that you have a spiritual interest. Listening to our gut/inner voice or heart and acknowledging the mystery of how life unfolds are other ways that fit better for some people.

It could be that I help you with a specific area or aspect of life or that we work for the longer term.

My work often involves; unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, aligning values, addictive behaviors, bringing greater clarity and insights, deep inquiry and finding solutions. Tasks and actions are usually agreed on between sessions.

I work online video calls only and request an initial free 20-30 minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit!
