This work is backed by 30+ years of corporate leadership, including a decade as managing director and board member of the Indian subsidiary of a FTSE 100 company, where I ran P&L, orchestrated turnarounds, and delivered growth under pressure.

I am ICF PCC certified with training from Barefoot Academy UK, but my real credential is sitting in the trenches with leaders committed to building an enduring legacy that is inspiring, influential, impactful, and effective.

Beyond coaching, I support education and economic empowerment through Square World Foundation and pro bono work with Stanford SEED in Africa.
