About Me:
I'm Monique — founder of Her Life Elevated™ and top-rated creator of The Elevated Woman™ program. I coach women across the U.S. and Canada who feel emotionally maxed out, unsure of themselves in relationships, or stuck repeating patterns and cycles they know aren't serving them.

I help women get to the root so they can rebuild confidence, transform the patterns keeping them stuck, and rise into the steady, grounded version of themselves they're ready to become.

Emotional wellness isn't about trusting every feeling. It's about understanding what your emotions are signaling — and learning to respond with clarity instead of reactivity. Most of the women I have successfully helped needed a way to separate triggers from truth, interpret their own emotions with confidence, and feel seen, understood, and valued from the inside — not just by the people around them.

I offer two tracks:

-The Elevated Track — grounded coaching for confidence, emotional regulation, and relationship clarity

-The Elevated Faith-Integrated Track — for Christian women who want their faith woven into the work

I'm a Board Certified Mental Health Coach (AACC) and Christian Care Connect Member. My work is coaching: present-focused and forward-moving, not clinical.
I work entirely online, and my schedule sits in Pacific Time, so I'm just as available to a woman in Victoria or Kelowna as in Beverly Hills, Scottsdale, and Washington D.C.

Best fit for: women who look "fine" on the outside but feel small, stuck, lost or anxious inside, emotionally stressed in relationships, confidence, and well-being. Also, for Christian women who want faith honored.
