My coaching & training is Holistic and tailored to a client’s individualized objectives, expectations and needs. I believe every organization, person, leader, executive has potential to be and do whatever they want and as your coach & trainer it is my job to get you there. I honor each client as an expert in his or her life and work. I believe that each client is creative, resourceful, and whole.

My major points of distinction is my unique ability to cut through the clutter and blend logical reasoning with intuition, empathy, clearly defining goals and action steps, complimented by a deep level of care and inspiration.

My knowledge is founded on the latest research in Coaching, Neuroscience, Psychology, Emotional & Conversational Intelligence, Leadership & entrepreneurial know-how plus 20 years experience in senior executive roles.

My experience includes over 4,500 hours of professional coaching and more than 3000 hours in Change Management.

My goal is to Discover, Clarify, and Align to successfully achieve positive results, and produce client-generated solutions and strategies with support.
