About Me

My passion is engaging with clients using appreciative inquiry, which gives you the best chance for success, however you define it. The real beauty of coaching is that, once you find the right coach, the sky is the limit. My Certification is from Coach Training Alliance and I offer an enthusiastic, compassionate coaching process to help you determine your goals and develop an action plan to get there. Sometimes it is hard to know which choice will give you the best chance to be your most successful self. I use my business and life experience, and understanding of the challenges you face to help you make changes on a day-to-day basis. I also understand the competing life forces that women face at work.
I bring over 35 years of successful business experience in large and small companies. Coaching is my passion and I help you tape into your authentic self to focus on changes you want to make to impact both your career and personal success.
As a Compassionate and articulate listener, I can help determine your underlying concerns and then help you address them. My BA is in Art and my Master's Degree is in Communication Studies.
