About Me

Hello there! I’m Vanessa. My passion is working with people to unlock their potential through the magic and science of coaching.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring deep listening, powerful insights, and a nuanced approach to our coaching sessions. I'm a fierce advocate for each individual as they uncover the best possible version of themselves, and I partner with you to take realistic steps toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Before transitioning to full-time coaching, I led strategic employee communications & engagement at organizations including a large-scale nonprofit, the second largest school district in the US, and a premium television provider to help build positive work cultures, inspire employees to give their best, and successfully navigate change. I draw from more than 17 years of corporate experience when coaching with leaders today.

I hold a Masters Degree in Leadership and Communications, and completed exchange programs in Italy, Belgium, and Thailand. In addition to my coaching and education credentials, I hold certifications in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and Creating Positive Change (CCPC).

I take a holistic approach to support human thriving at work and in all aspects of life. My coaching toolbox draws on my professional experience, the science of Positive Psychology, the power of building on strengths, and appreciative inquiry.

To date, I've conducted nearly 1,700 coaching sessions with clients all over the world, ranging from new managers, to c-suite executives, to entrepreneurs, to full time parents. I meet each client where they are and help them uncover what matters deeply to them, and then craft a plan for sustainable change.
