I am the Founder and a Holistic Spiritual/Metaphysical Life Coach, Conscious Business/ Mindful Leadership Coach at Cosmicways Holistic Life Coaching, Global Goodwill Ambassador at Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA), San Francisco Chapter Chairperson for Mindfulness, USA, ALL( All Ladies League), President, India - USA Business Council of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry/Spirituality Council and Betterup Fellow coach. I offer holistic spiritual life coaching, conscious business/ Mindful leadership coaching, NLP Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Coaching (CBT), EFT Sessions (Emotional Freedom Technique) and guided mindfulness meditation sessions helping my clients get in touch with their inner guidance system to find answers to their problems. I initiate a process for them to be able to live a life of purpose, clarity, and control. I provide Conscious business/ mindful leadership coaching to high-level executives.

For instance, if you have high levels of anxiety in your life from a job or relationship, this can lead to low energy, poor nutrition, and overeating, or even illness. If you are feeling generally unfulfilled, this can create negative thinking patterns that could cause your emotional life to suffer.
My journey into mindfulness started more than a decade years ago to deal with daily stress and anxiety.
As a Holistic spiritual and metaphysical life coach, I help them change their lives by changing the way they operate on a deeper level. Rather than just examining their behaviors and habits, we delve into their deep-rooted beliefs and their connection to the real self.
Apart from working online with women and professionals at a corporate setting, I work with families and kids as small as 5-year old and teach them customized guided meditation and also work with teens/youth, teaching mindfulness/meditation & providing youth coaching
