A culture of change can never be created by behaviour change alone..it is only possible when an outward mindset is created.
We spend most of our lives expecting people around us to change and focus our attention to things going wrong.We expect people to act the way we would like to…but solutions to many problems are much deeper than just strategies of correction..It is all about my way of being….whether my heart is at war or peace….if my heart is at peace…I see others as people with cares, needs,fears as real as my own.If my heart is at war, I see others as objects, obstacles.
