Our emotions also manifest in our bodies. If you’re mindful enough, when you feel strong emotions, take a moment to scan your body and feel where in your body you feel the emotion. Everything is energy, even thoughts and emotions. Negative emotions feel heavy and that’s why they linger longer. When you don’t deal with the negative emotions and focus on them till they become chronic, the dense negative energies settle in the surrounding organs of where the emotions manifest and you begin to have illnesses in those organs. Be mindful of what is happening in your inner world, deal with the issues that bring negative emotions and improve the quality of your life.
