In today’s society, we oftentimes find ourselves in work-mode overdrive, taking what I lovingly refer to as naps, instead of getting a sufficient nights rest, ( 6.5 to 8 hrs per night ) and its causing a lot of damage, with effects we both can and cannot see.
Although individuals may feel empowered by sleeping a little to get a lot, the long and short term effects of such actions are quite harmful, causing a weakened immune system, as well as feeling imbalanced.
Being overworked, inadequate food intake, and stress can all result in imbalanced Qi, which, with the proper information and guidance, can be transformed into a healthy, balanced Qi, and can be successfully maintained. Proper body function is paramount in quality of life, as well as satisfactory work performance.
