The Power of Sincerity in Caring

Let’s make it plain.
There is sincerity in caring, and there is the appearance of sincerity in caring.
Our inner voice, or intuition, allows us to see and feel the honesty and intentions of each individual. Some go against the grain, if you will, and believe in an individual, despite initial ‘instincts’, and at times find themselves pleasantly surprised.
This is not because the person appeared inauthentic, yet more likely that their heart was not on their sleeve.. and that’s okay.
Here’s why.
Oftentimes, a showy, or larger than life personality type will tell you about all they’ve done, and how much they helped. If its a financial situation, they may share how much they gave, if on an emotional level, one may share how many times they reached out, and although wonderful that they contributed to something of importance, this isn’t truly showing a heart of pure intention.
Caring and sincerity can show up in anonymous donations, and at times, only learning that an individual gave to many, only after they’ve passed away. These acts come from the heart, out of sincere concern, and ability to help, sans an audience, or pat on the back for caring.
Helping to teach others about the gift of paying if forward, in love and kindness allows others to realize that they too, can contribute to the joy of others by one simple act, creating what I lovingly refer to as the positive domino effect.
The way in how you show up in this regard is yours; know that if it feels important, or holds a special feeling within you to want to give or help someone, it doesn’t have to look a certain way, and never feel a need to share what you’ve done, or share when it feels inauthentic to you.
That which makes it special starts with sincere caring, deep compassion, and empathy. When felt truly, this is never something you should feel a need to prove, as when its done from the heart, be it giving or receiving, you’ll know.
