To achieve any sort of long lasting fat loss you need to stick to certain fundamentals. Controlling fat storage is simply energy in versus energy out. Nothing more, nothing less. You will always come back to this simple equation. Its you that has the choice to exercise or not, and its you that puts the food in your mouth. (Being experienced and trained in seated exercise there will never be a good excuse to NOT do some sort of exercise- but thats another subject). Its simply your choice thats all, and you need to take it on the chin and live with the consequences of your choices. The same could be said for your thoughts and thought patterns. Thoughts on the inside control your actions on the outside, and just like the truth of your exercise and eating habits is revealed in your fat composition, your actions reflect the truth of your thoughts. So just who does control your thoughts? Answer: YOU! Who is responsible for your future? That would be YOU again. Who is responsible for your reactions to what life and other people present to you? Yep you guessed it…YOU. Its all about YOU YOU YOU!

Therefore we have to face the ugliness of abuse, get sick or break down first so we then have a tangible measure. Clearly this logic is unfortunately shared by the majority.
