PROCRASTINATION and THE SOLUTION

Every day resting at my feet under my desk are my two Labrador’s Ozzy and Aoife.

Ozzy is an in-your-face dog, full of excitement, devilment with an insatiable desire for life, he has to be in the middle of everything. He does NOT procrastinate, he is the ultimate optimist and full of intuition, especially around food. He is totally entrepreneurial in the way he goes about his endeavors to gain more and more treats. He has not altered his approach to life since he was about 10 weeks old.

As children, we were all optimists, intuitive and albeit in a different form from adulthood totally entrepreneurial. It is only as we grew and were conditioned initially by parenting, through the educational systems and now through media influences that we have changed.

To coin a phrase most of us, probably as many as 80% of us “Had the stuffing knocked out of us” and instead of standing out from the crowd we were taught to blend in.

With the future of bricks and mortar companies changing and the move to a more flexible way to generate an income, my on-line work from anywhere business in the Personal Development industry has many great opportunities over similar work from home, or anywhere online businesses.

I speak to tens of people every day who want to operate their own business online from home, or actually anywhere! My leads come from all corners of the globe, from all walks of life.

I qualify my leads and forward my Video Business Presentation to them and I arrange at the outset a follow-up time to call to review the presentation and answer any questions that emanate from the video presentation.

80% of the time on my follow up call, I get procrastination. The 80% when faced with a decision find it really difficult to move forward; is it FEAR, FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN, LACK OF SELF BELIEF, or is it FEAR OF HARD WORK to become self employed and accountable? It can be all or none of the above, but I get procrastination so many times.

The solution is simple. I would like to eliminate the 80%

I want to speak to the other 20%; in fact, I would be really excited to speak to as many of the remaining 20% as possible!

I want to speak to the BIG THINKERS, INTUITIVE, CREATIVE and ENTREPRENEURIAL people who do not have a POVERTY MINDSET, who do not PROCRASTINATE and can VISUALISE where they are going and how they are going to get there.
