Here’s where to start:
1.Write down all the cons of the unhealthy foods you keep eating—and stare at that list.
2.Find an accountability partner. (We’re happy to help!)
3.Make a grocery list—don’t shop on impulse. Or invest in a healthy meal service.
4.Pack your meals—whether for work or long days out.
5.Choose wisely when eating out. There are always better options.
You don’t need perfection. You need commitment.
