It’s about choosing what we want to be known for and making intentional trade-offs in situations that look deceptively attractive in the short term but need to be aligned with our vision of leadership in the long term and are hard to persevere with.
Leadership is about being deliberately different and, more importantly, ensuring it makes a sustainable positive difference to the stakeholders.
