Ascending with Earth: Finding Alignment in Times of Transformation

Earth’s frequency is rising—and we’re being pulled to rise with her. Here’s how to ground, align, and ascend during this powerful shift.
Across the world, people are noticing subtle but undeniable shifts in energy. Many of these changes are often linked to the Schumann Resonance—the natural electromagnetic pulse between Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, sometimes described as the heartbeat of the planet. For decades, this resonance held steady around 7.83 Hz, supporting calm, focused, meditative states. In recent years, however, scientists have observed spikes reaching as high as 40 Hz. While scientific interpretations vary, many intuitives and spiritual teachers see this as evidence that Earth herself is ascending into a higher frequency—and humanity is evolving with her.
If you’ve been experiencing heightened sensitivity, you may already be attuned to this shift. Some feel more intuitive than usual, while others notice unusual surges of fatigue followed by bursts of energy. Vivid dreams, restless sleep, and even the sense that time is moving differently are common. These sensations are not signs of breaking down; they are signs of upgrading. The nervous system is learning to hold greater coherence, truth, and light.
Supporting yourself during times like this begins with simple practices that honor your connection to both body and Earth. Daily grounding restores balance—whether it’s walking barefoot, sitting beneath a tree, or simply feeling your body supported by the ground. Staying hydrated is essential, as energy spikes can drain the body on a cellular level. Intentionally unplugging from screens, especially before bed, helps reset natural brain rhythms. Gentle breathwork soothes the nervous system, and listening to your body’s rhythms allows you to flow with the natural cycles of rest and movement rather than forcing a pace that no longer fits.
Psychology describes this kind of transition as a liminal space—a threshold between what was and what is not yet fully formed. Liminal space can feel unsettling, but it is precisely here that the deepest inner rewiring occurs. Jung referred to this as individuation, a process where the deeper self pushes beyond the limits of ego to find new expression. Positive psychology confirms that transformation takes root when three conditions are met: autonomy, or the freedom to choose your path; competence, the belief in your ability to navigate change; and relatedness, the sense of belonging and connection with others as you grow.
Neuroscience offers a parallel view. The brain is most adaptable when we are in periods of emotional intensity and reflection, which is why journaling, meditation, and ritual have such a powerful effect during times of change. The prefrontal cortex, which governs clarity and decision-making, becomes more engaged through reflective practices. Meanwhile, rituals and embodiment help calm the amygdala, reducing the fear response that arises when we step into the unknown. Every act of aligned courage releases dopamine, reinforcing confidence and creating the neurological foundation for resilience.
When viewed together, both science and spirituality reveal the same truth: what feels mysterious and unfamiliar is also deeply biological and profoundly human. You are not only experiencing Earth’s evolution—you are embodying it.
The invitation is simple. Release what no longer serves you, align with the truths you are ready to live, and allow this threshold to reshape you into the person you are becoming. Transformation does not need to be rushed. It unfolds when you choose to meet it with curiosity, presence, and trust. The Earth is not changing around you—she is changing with you. And in that shared rhythm, you will find your own becoming.
