Seeds For Happiness

Giving your time to things that bring superficial instant gratification in pursuit of happiness will cause you to always feel that you must keep obtaining in order to be important, to be seen as important or to be respected by reaching a status quo. That is not the truth! True happiness are the tangible outcomes of being, living and exuding joy. Joy is simply one of the keys that unlocks your unlimited supply of good being attracted to you.
In order to have joy you must live in love and trust. Love yourself and trust that God only wants the best for you. Too often we allow fear and doubt to lead our lives and that’s why we seem to get set backs with every step forward. When you learn to be content with where you are and what you have right now -your joy will rise. When your joy rises it’s like planting seeds for happiness because what becomes attracted to your life as a result will appear to be a host of miracles.
For example, I started speaking the affirmation, “I am available to be a rich and mighty blessing on this planet.” As a result I got a phone call from Jeri Shannon a local television host here in Los Angeles to be a guest on her show sharing my wisdom and success strategies for life. Not only did I get to be on the show but I had the pleasure ofsharing the hospitality room and stage with legendary actress and comedian Marla Gibbs (Florence on the Jeffersons and Mary on 227) as well as Peggi Blue “American Idols” vocal coach from hell as she is referred as. The result of our meeting has turned into a monthly private gathering of sharing, loving and caring for one another that is seeds for happiness.
Who can plant an apple seed and get only one apple? That is not how the law works…this is true for joy, when you plant joy in your soul…you get the reward called happiness. So start planting seeds this summer that will attract tangible happiness to you by being more loving and trusting. Stop pursuing things and start being joy! It’s so much easier.
