Say YES in 2014: How one simple change can make all the difference
As entrepreneurs, because of how many of us were raised and because of the general cynicism that tends to permeate the cultural conversation, we convince ourselves that success has to be really, really hard and really, really complicated. What I’ve discovered as I enter my 10th year as an entrepreneur, is that the shifts and changes that have the biggest results are not the big massive changes, but the small little tweaks!
Even though it’s easy to forget, we do SO MUCH RIGHT as entrepreneurs.
Instead of building on this and cultivating an energy of momentum, we focus on the negative, on what isn’t working. What if it was possible that one or two small tweaks in your business could make all the difference!

Let me share two powerful tweaks I made in my business last year. One tweak that made an enormous change in my business in the last year was committing to working with clients for a longer period of time. I eliminated the ability to work with me session-by-session and instead offered clients the option of working with me for six months or longer!
Small tweak right?
Well this relatively small tweak allowed me to more than triple the revenue I earned in 2013.
Another tweak I made? I committed to getting support in my business and letting go of the lie that “I should just keep trying things on my own.”
The result? I attracted clients all over the world, than quadrupled the size of my email list, added two amazingly talented team members, and created a business that could really serve conscious entrepreneurs on the deepest of levels.
