Celery contains a number of beneficial chemicals that are often hard to find in your diet elsewhere.

Within celery you will find the following nutrients:

Vitamins A and C, B vitamins

Antioxidants
Flavones: Luteolin
Polyphenols
Flavonols
3-n-butylphthalide – Antioxidant, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, and anti-platelet aggregation
