Reflections vs. resolutions....
Don't make resolutions........ instead make reflections on what you want to attain and put forth an action plan on how to attain your goals.
Get a copybook…..a favorite hot beverage and give yourself some time to reflect on the year.
#1. Record Your Victories. It’s human nature to focus on what you didn’t do/get/become. However, what’s more important and should be the focus are the achievements (small ones and the big ones) over the past year. (list 20, 30 100) the more the better! This will inspire you, I promise; it also adds fuel and keeps the momentum going regarding what you wish to still achieve!
#2. Make a list of what you’ve learned this year (about yourself).
#3. Write down 5 goals you wish to achieve in 2018.
- Next to each goal, write out the steps (the action) you will take to get the results.
