1.Smile……It’s contagious; makes you more approachable……your smile may be the only one someone gets……do it cause it feels good!

2. Act like you’re on a mission.

3.Step outside of your comfort zone, try something new and overcome a fear. Perhaps it’s signing up for a race, talking to someone new……The more you do this, the more you’ll feel like you can take on the world!

4. Be bold in your actions and the colors you wear!

5. Laugh more …..it increases your endorphins to help you feel happy, reduces stress and make you and others feel good.

6.Find the beauty in others.; compliment people, give praise, always be authentic when doing so.

7. Stop the negative talk; whether it’s in your head or out loud, all negative talk needs to go. Each time you catch yourself saying something unkind about yourself or anyone else, just correct it.

8. Let go of the drama – drama is great in novels and movies, not in your life!

9.Dress to the nines; take a little extra time and take care of yourself by dressing your best wherever you go—even if it’s the gym. When you feel and look good, you’ll go the extra mile.

10. Reward yourself: You deserve it. Do things that make you smile and feel pampered often.

11. Appreciate and count your blessings; it’s the little things, the moments, the “now” that count the most!
