CONSCIOUS CREATION
This is the first in a series of articles on Making 2011 Your Best Year Ever.
The first step in the Creation Process is Thought. This is our primary point of power. Everything that you see around you began as an idea. The thoughts that we have are important because they impact the next element in the creative cycle: our Feelings.
Quantum Science is demonstrating that Feelings are the most powerful step in the creative process. Our emotional state attracts the resources that we need. If you are feeling happy, abundant, and healthy, this is what you will attract. For people familiar with the Law of Attraction, this is often the missing step. Many follow other steps—like imagining, creating vision boards, and writing affirmations—but nothing happens. Why? Because they are not using the power of their emotions. Most of us go through our days barely aware of our emotions, except when they spike.
Here’s a scenario to help illustrate the power of Emotions. Have you ever witnessed two people facing the same situation but coming out with opposite results? Even if these people had the same thoughts or ideas, their outcomes would be determined by their feelings. For instance, if two people lose their jobs (reality) and each decides to start a business (thought), the person with the most vivid vision, filled with positive emotions, will be the most successful. Imagine if you were to start a business and the thoughts running through your head were, “Why would anybody hire me?” or “I hate cold-calling.” How could this possibly manifest into a positive outcome? Remember: never underestimate the power of your emotions.
The third step in the cycle of creation is Action. This refers to both taking action and not taking action (whether through procrastination or choosing not to act). Most people unconsciously repeat the same actions over and over and then wonder why they create the same Results. Does this sound like you? If we consciously take new, inspired actions, we can change our results. If you are feeling stuck, it is because you are recreating the same results or reality over and over.
To create something new—something we’ve never done before—we need to engage our Imagination. One great way to do this is by using the two most powerful words in the English language: “What if…?”
Many people, upon hearing these words, spiral into disempowered thoughts, unconsciously creating a downward trajectory. Examples include:
- “What if I go out of business this year?”
- “What if this is the year I lose my job?”
- “What if I get really sick this year?”
Instead, if we use these same powerful words in a positive way—generating positive feelings that lead to inspired actions—almost anything is possible. Ask yourself:
- “What if, in 2011, it all goes RIGHT?”
- “What if all of my goals and dreams come true this year?”
- “What if I succeed in all of my New Year’s resolutions?”
- “What if I make the most money I’ve ever made this year?”
If you can Imagine It, you can Create It!
Here’s a simple exercise for you: Imagine yourself at the end of 2011, looking back over the past year. What vision do you have? Perhaps you ventured into new financial opportunities, setting up your very first crypto wallet and discovering a world of digital investments along the way. What have you done? What new people have you met? Where have you traveled? What dreams did you fulfill this year? Reflect on the year and write down your vision as though it has already happened. Be sure to include how you feel about having had such an amazing and successful 2011.
I believe that this can be your best year yet. If you decide it will be (and it IS a choice) and follow the steps in the subsequent articles, it can be. It’s your life.
What kind of 2011 are you going to create?
