SmartMatch 2.0 uses mandatory matching rules first, then scoring—so leads are more accurate and relevant than ever before.

Matching happens in this order:

1. Coaching Specialization (Required)

   Business, career, executive, life, health, spiritual, holistic, and more.

   If a client selects "business coach," only coaches who selected that specialization are considered.

2. Gender Preference (If Specified)

   If a client requests a specific gender, only matching coaches are included.

3. Location Preference

   Local, regional, or global availability is respected.

4. Tag Alignment (Scoring Layer)

   Up to 15 focus tags (e.g., burnout, confidence, accountability, clarity).

   The more overlap, the stronger the match.

5. Additional Factors
   • Experience and credentials
   • Budget alignment
   • Urgency and session preferences

If specialization, gender, or location do not match, the coach is not included at all.

This is why SmartMatch 2.0 dramatically reduces "bad fit" leads.
