We start this calendar the way Noomii has done before with making a call to your friend.
Friends are important and we need to let them know this. Pick up the phone and call or even do a video call or on WhatsApp. I love hearing my friends voice and it makes me feel good to know someone is thinking of me and has called. One time I was feeling lonely and my friend called to say hi. It made me feel so much better.
