Your blueprint and the ultimate failure
My client recently said, "I feel like life is controlling me." It thought it was such a powerful coaching session and wanted to share it with you.
Many of you are business owners or want to be. Many of you are just trying to live your best life and make a mark on this world. It doesn’t matter what your goals are in life; to make a lot of money, to find the love of your life, to be your healthiest or to just get out of suffering.
We all realize that sometimes life has a way of taking hold of us and shaking us like a rag-doll.
Life just sort of happens to us or at least it feels that way.
We can do certain things in our business and have major success or not do them and end up with nothing to show for what we have done. We can live with stress in our minds and hearts and end up depressed and miserable too.
The science of our bodies shows us we can either have disease or abundant health depending on what we do or don’t do.
Our goals in our personal life or business are key to the level of success we feel we have or don’t have.
When you’re plugging away at some goal WITHOUT success, then you’ll experience… the ULTIMATE FAILURE.
A lot of people are depressed or unhappy because they don’t reach their goals, financial or otherwise. While others reach their goals but still don’t feel fulfilled or happy.
We can go through our lives working to make other people happy except ourselves and end up depressed. I did this as a mom. I didn’t have a mom growing up so in my mind, it was critical for me to be the best mom-ever. I gave everything but got so little back. I hid my depression for years. I still do… I’m working on it.
The same was true with my business. I worked SO hard and I ended up making a big fat ZERO for two straight years. I know about the ultimate failure of a lack of fulfillment. Even when “some” success came, I still didn’t feel fulfilled or like I was successful.
I’ll share with you three things to help you shift out of this failure of fulfillment.
First you should know that on a daily basis, we suffer. We suffer with thoughts from our businesses, our relationships, our health or our bank account.
This suffering comes from us thinking about ourselves. No, this doesn’t mean I’m saying your selfish. Let me give you some examples.
When I didn’t make any money in my business, I beat myself up. It was my fault you see. I didn’t know how to do marketing correctly or people didn’t like me.
I made my bank account and the low balance, all about me.
My kiddos not giving love also was alllll about me, which depressed me. Their success or lack of success in school or relationships was about my skill as a mom. “It must be my fault” I thought all of the time.
What we do with everything that’s not working in our life, is blame ourselves… sometimes, we blame others too which is equally toxic.
But let’s be honest, sometimes it is our fault. We sometimes need to stop bringing the donuts, pizza and chips in the house. We might need to learn a new skill or learn how to cope differently or change the strategy of our business, or learn how to communicate in relationships differently, OR, just take responsibility in the role we play.
The fact that most people suffer or are unhappy is because of what we have or don’t have. It’s because their life doesn’t match in their heads, what they think it should be.
“I should be making lots of money by now.”
“Why can’t I lose this weight?”
“Why I have better relationships?”
We say things in our heads that cause this suffering and we feel powerless to change.
Think of an area in your life that is going really wonderful. In that area of your life, you feel amazing and happy because it MATCHES what you BELIEVED in your mind that it should be.
The opposite is true for what’s not working.
Your blueprint in your mind, your belief, or your story is what is causing you to either be happy or experience the ultimate failure of life.
If your blueprint is only slightly different than your reality, you’ll likely feel a little stressed or have anxiety.
If your blueprint is off by quite a bit, you’ll likely feel massive misery or depression. This is the root of your breakthrough. This is why we feel our lives are out of control.
There are only TWO things in life that make you feel ALIVE…
GROWING & GIVING. This is what we need to focus on for a beautiful life.
But what do you need to change in your life to avoid the ULTIMATE FAILURE?

The truth is, transformation happens when we combine choice two and three together.
