How to give constructive feedback?

Feedback is never good or bad. if given constructively it is always helpful to to receive and could lead to improvement.
One of the trademarks of a good Leader is giving constructive feedback.
Some comments often heard are " I am bad at giving feedback" or " I cannot give negative feedback".
Feedback is never good or bad, positive or negative. It is only your perception that it is good or bad. That’s the main mistake one makes.
It has be an honest communication to a team member. The right way to frame a negative trait or quality is to say " your area of improvement could be _______".
Feedback is one of the powerful tools of improvement. It is a gift to your colleagues or teams. Constructive feedback could lead to massive improvement in potential areas of development. Regular feedback between Leaders and Teams could build tremendous interpersonal relationships and create confidence and trust
