Persistence can over most challenges. While it is important to have goals and aspirations, it is more important to act on them to achieve them. Otherwise they remain distant dreams. The qualities that help you achieve your goals are the qualities necessary for great leadership. As an entrepreneur your ability to persevere against all odds is the key to success.
What is perseverance? It is your ability to move on after a failure or a stumble. When we read stories of successful people we see the awards they won or the medals they received. Very few understand the months and years of grinding on relentlessly to reach the pinnacle they have reached today. Most success stories are not to do with the talent or skill of the person but single minded focus, self belief and determination to continue marching to towards their goal. They simply never gave up.
