Let’s talk about Mindfulness

Mindfulness is prescribed by most professionals to help improving mental health. The beauty about it is that it is accessible for anyone and anywhere.

What is it ??

It is as simple as being 100% in the present moment.

Being present with whatever we are doing whether it is being in the office immersed in our work, being with family, a friend, cooking, having food, relaxing, etc

When we are present, we are actually experiencing the moment stronger and fuller which should make us feel better and happier naturally.

Imagine finally going on that holiday you looked forward to for a while, but you just CANNOT switch off…you are by the pool, dream setting, but you are constantly on the phone whether it’s work calls, emails , enabling the stress factors to be there…
Was there even a point to pay money and come on this holiday??
Might as well stay home and stressed right ?
Sadly, nowadays so many people lost the ability to SWITCH OFF !
People NEED to unplug, but they struggle with the HOW…?

There are many different ways to relax and switch off.
Going on holiday or living by beautiful nature scenery might not be doable for everyone but some tools to reach relaxing and switching off are FOR FREE: Meditation for example and breath work.

Both help training the mind and to calm the mind.
They help to bring us from our busy mind, into our body and then into the present moment.

Meditation is one of the most powerful skills !!

I am always happy to learn and discover new ways and to share them with my clients. And once people give mindfulness a try, once they really give in there is a high chance they will make room for it forever. It is simply better to feel good and zen rather than not :)
