What is the problem you were trying to solve when you first started to look for a coach?
I was in a DV relationship (domestic violence relationship). I had a lot of problems. Low self esteem and depression were the biggest.
What did your coach do to help you?
Pauline is wonderful, I have to say it, I don´t trust people easily. It was hard for me to share what happened [in the DV relationship], and that was the first thing she did [she made it easy for me to talk about what happened]. I was talking with someone I never knew, like I knew her for years.
We also worked on my goals, she helped me visualize my dreams, and she taught me how to work for it.
What results did you experience working with your coach?
Through the time and with her help, I am confident again. I can be around men and not be afraid. I project myself as a happy woman.
I met my small dreams and am working on the big one. I have someone who discovered the diamond I have inside and makes me feel secure and safe.
