Graduate from the Department of Applied Human Sciences, with a BA in a Specialization in Human Relations from Concordia University, I am an International Business Coach, Corporate Trainer and the founder of MY WORKSHOP. I specialise in organizational and leadership development. After working for several years with NPOs servicing young people, women and newcomers in difficulty, I have been helping start-ups and SMEs in a variety of industries for over eight years across various continents. I am a passionate entrepreneur and currently a member of the International Coach Federation as a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Business Coach. As a fervent believer in diversity, equity, citizen participation and entrepreneurship, I have also sat on several committees dedicated to these causes and have been a mentor for over 4 years via organisations such as Futurpreneur Canada, Yes Montreal, Concordia Alumni Connect and Réseau Mentorat.
